How to reset an email account’s password

If you remember your current password, you can change it from your Webmail. Just log in to your Webmail interface, click on the icon gear on the top right and choose Preferences:

Click on Change Password:

Enter your current password, create a new password and confirm it, then click Change password. That’s it! Your email password is changed 😊

Configure 3rd Parties Apps

You can set up your mail with other apps like MacOSX Mail, Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, etc. with the below IMAP and POP settings.

Configure via IMAP
Email address: Your full email address
(e.g. info@gypsoesg.com)
Password:Your mail password
Incoming server:imap.titan.email
Encryption: SSL/TLS (Port: 993)
Outgoing server:smtp.titan.email
Encryption: STARTTLS (Port: 587)
Encryption: SSL/TLS (Port: 465)
Configure via POP
Email address:Your full email address
(e.g. info@gypsoesg.com)
Password:Your business mail password
Incoming server:pop.titan.email
Encryption: SSL/TLS (Port: 995)
Outgoing server:smtp.titan.email
Encryption: STARTTLS (Port: 587)
Encryption: SSL/TLS (Port: 465)
